There is NO warranty on used machinery. It is sold in as is condition. We are able to have equipment sent to our facility in Pennsylvania for refurbishment prior to delivery.

  • Blending line with Wise 60" blending feeds, 1995 model year, fiber conveyor, opener, fans and filters. Rando Air Lay web former with feeder, 84" wide Model 84BJE. Fehrer Model NL/S 2.2 meter wide needle loom, model year 1988. Wise foam saturator, 91" wide, model year 2000 with textile rubber and foam generator, 1986 model year, with mixing and holding tanks. Radiant Energy Systems dryer, 92" wide, model year 2000, all electric vertical dryer. Slitter/crosscut/windup, 90" wide, late 1980's. Complete with edge trim, conveyors, spare parts, motor drives and controls.

    BONDING LINES

  • Complete Low Melt Line: Tandem 60" wide Feeds, 60" wide Garnett, Lapper laying out to 110" wide, Chicago 2-roll Electric Hi-loft Fusing Oven.

  • Spray resin bonding line. Includes 2-60" feed boxes, 2 Hunter 20/30 double doffer garnetts Model 35 all ball bearing. 2 Hunter 7A cross lappers 67" by 128" lay down. Hunter 100" three pass oven with spray booths and wind up. Three box blend also with this line. Equipment approximately 15 years old.
